What Is Your Return Policy?

At Bore Tech, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We stand behind our products and believe that customer service and satisfaction is paramount. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.

Please note the below return stipulations:

  • Have a copy of your receipt available.
  • All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging new, unused, and in resalable condition.
  • Returns without RMA numbers or that are not in resalable condition will be refused and returned.
  • Refunds are limited to the actual merchandise cost and exclude any packaging, shipping, or handling charges.
  • Returns, other than those that are due to a manufacture defect or shipping error are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • All international sales are final and no returns will be accepted.

How Do I Start The Return Process?

If you would like to make a return, please contact the Bore Tech Customer Service Team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Returns without RMA numbers will be refused and returned.

Where Do I Ship My Return?

All return information will be provided with the RMA upon issuance. Please include the RMA form along with the receipt. Mail Returns to:

How Do I Ship My Return?

Pack and seal your merchandise securely, using the original packaging if possible. To ensure that your return package arrives to our warehouse facility, we suggest shipping your return package fully insured and with a tracking number. All packages must be returned prepaid. Bore Tech is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.

How Will My Credit Card Be Refunded?

Once your return is received and inspected by Bore Tech’s Return Department (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days. Refunds are limited to the actual merchandise cost and exclude any packaging, shipping, handling or restocking fees. You will be notified via e-mail when this transaction has taken place. Please note that depending on your credit card issuer, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is processed to post to your account.

How Do I Exchange An Item?

In order to streamline the exchange process and receive your new merchandise quickly, please return merchandise pursuant to our returns policy above and place a new order via our online store or please fill out the contact form and select "Return/Warranty" as the subject or call 267-347-4436 ext 1.

Can I Return Merchandise That I Purchased From A Bore Tech Reseller?

We DO NOT accept returns on merchandise that was purchased from a Bore Tech reseller. Only merchandise purchased directly from Bore Tech will be accepted. If you purchased a product from a Bore Tech reseller, you must contact them directly to arrange the return.

How Do I Return A Defective Product?

If you suspect your Bore Tech merchandise contains a manufacture's defect, you may return the product to Bore Tech for a warranty evaluation at any time within the first (1) year of purchase. Please see our Warranty/Repair Policy for more details.
