If an order with a 3-day transit time is SHIPPED on Monday it will be delivered on Thursday using UPS Ground Delivery® or Friday using UPS SurePost®
We do our best to provide you with accurate shipping and delivery times on all orders, but please note that these times are not a guaranteed. There may be shipping delays due to unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, such as weather conditions, mechanical breakdowns, etc.

UPS SurePost® Delivery
Our SurePost® shipping option combines the efficiency of UPS with the cost savings of the US Postal Service (USPS). UPS picks up your order at our facility and delivers it to your local Post Office for final delivery by USPS to your mailbox within 2-8 business days. SurePost® is available for shipments to the contiguous 48 U.S. States as well as Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO, FPO and P.O. Boxes. Shipments are NOT insured and are delivered by the end of the scheduled delivery day.
UPS Ground Delivery
Orders sent UPS Ground Delivery are delivered via UPS directly to your door and normally arrive in 1-6 business days. Available within all 50 U.S. States and Puerto Rico. Not available to P.O. Boxes. Oversized, Residential and Extended Area Service fees may apply and are included in provided shipping quotes. Shipments are insured for the value of the order and delivered by the end of the scheduled delivery day.
UPS 3-Day Select Delivery
Orders sent UPS 3 Day Select Delivery are delivered via UPS and must be placed by 2pm Eastern Time to ship that day. Orders received after 2pm on Friday, or on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays will ship the next business day. Not available outside the contiguous 48 U.S. States or to P.O. Boxes. Shipments are insured for the value of the order and delivered by the end of the scheduled delivery day.
UPS 2nd Day Air Delivery
Orders sent 2nd Day Air Delivery are delivered via UPS and must be placed by 2pm Eastern Time to ship that day. Orders received after 2pm on Friday, or on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays will ship the next business day. Available within the 50 U.S. States and Puerto Rico with some limitations in Alaska and Hawaii. Not available to P.O. Boxes. Shipments are insured for the value of the order and delivered by the end of the scheduled delivery day.
UPS Next Day Air Delivery
Orders sent Next Day Air delivery are delivered via UPS and must be place by 2pm Eastern Time to ship that day. Orders received after 2pm on Friday, or on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays will ship the next business day. Available within the 50 U.S. States and Puerto Rico with some limitations in Alaska and Hawaii. Not available to P.O. Boxes. Shipments are insured for the value of the order and delivered the next business day by 10:30am, 12:00 noon, or the end of day depending on destination.
UPS Next Day Air A.M. Delivery
Orders sent Next Day Air A.M. delivery are delivered via UPS and must be place by 2pm Eastern Time to ship that day. Orders received after 2pm on Friday, or on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays will ship the next business day. Available within the 48 contiguous U.S. States with some limitations in Alaska. Not available to P.O. Boxes. Shipments are insured for the value of the order and delivered the next business day before 9:30am to most locations. Additional extended delivery locations are delivered up to 2:00pm.
Most Bore Tech merchandise can be shipped internationally. While most international orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) there can be size restrictions preventing the use of USPS. These restrictions will vary according to the postal regulations of the country in which the address is located. Contact your local post office to verify size and weight restrictions for your country.
Once an international order is received, it will usually ship within 2-3 business days and delivery will occur within approximately 7-21 business days depending on delivery location. All tracking information will be e-mailed to the e-mail address provided with the order. Transit times are approximate and can vary depending on customs clearance and collection of applicable carrier charges and international duties/taxes.
Purchasers are responsible for all international charges such as duties, taxes and brokerage fees. They will be collected at time of delivery and are not calculated in the provided shipping charges.
Please note that all international sales are final and no returns will be accepted. Free shipping offers will only apply to shipments within the 48 contiguous US states.

Orders Shipping to APO/FPO/DPO Addresses
All APO/FPO/DPO orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. Transit time is approximately 4-8 business days.
Tips APO/FPO/DPO Orders
- Clearly mark the shipping address as an APO/FPO/DPO address when placing your order to avoid shipping delays.
- Size restrictions on items will vary according to the postal regulations of the country in which an APO/FPO/DPO address is located. Contact your local post office to verify size and weight restrictions for that country.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include all necessary invoicing and tracking information. There are three easy ways to track your order:
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is shipped. This email will include all applicable tracking information. Use that information to track the order on the appropriate carrier’s web site.
- Login to your Bore Tech Account to view your order and tracking information. If you are not a registered customer, simply create a new account to start tracking orders placed.
- Contact the Bore Tech Customer Service Team by filling out the contact form or call 267-347-4436 ext 1.
Shipping & Handling Charges
Rod Shipping and Tube Charges
Specialty items such as our Bore Tech cleaning rods require specially designed shipping tubes. Our extra heavy-duty cardboard tubes and foam spacers ensure your investment arrives in good condition. The Rod Shipping Tube Charges are clearly displayed and shown throughout the ordering process and during checkout. We are proactive about eliminating the disappointment and hassle associated with damaged shipments.

Shipping in Multiple Packages
If your order includes cleaning rods along with several other items, it may ship in separate packages. The shipping confirmation email will display the tracking number for each package shipped.
What do I do if my package is damaged in transit?
If your package arrives damaged, please contact the Bore Tech Customer Service Team to report the damage as soon as possible. Save all packaging materials and the damaged merchandise. Failure to report any damages within 3 business days can result in your damage claim being denied by the shipping provider. The shipping provider will contact you to arrange pickup of the damaged merchandise for inspection and eventual return to Bore Tech.
What do I do if I have not received my order?
If your estimated delivery time has passed and you have not received your order, please login to your Bore Tech Account to view your order and tracking information. If your tracking information indicates that your order was delivered, please check with your neighbors or building management to see if either party has received the package on your behalf. If you shipped to a facility with a mail room, or if deliveries are not normally made directly to you, check with your mail room or receptionist.
Bore Tech is not responsible for lost or stolen items after delivery is made.
